ANZSCO 2511 营养师技能要求 Indicative Skill Level

ANZSCO 2511 营养师主要职责 Tasks Include
• 规划食谱和菜单,在食物的规划和准备上指导人们关于饮食的需求和重要性 planning diets and menus, and instructing people on the requirements and importance of diet and on the planning and preparation of food
• 监督食物供应的准备 supervising the preparation and serving of meals
• 收集、整理和评估有关个人、群体和社区的健康和营养状况的数据 collecting, organising and assessing data relating to health and nutritional status of individuals, groups and communities
• 监督食物摄入量和质量,提供营养保健 monitoring food intake and quality to provide nutritional care
• 计算食物的营养价值 calculating nutritional values of food served
• 规划、指导和评估食物干预计划,编写教材 planning, conducting and evaluating nutrition intervention programs and compiling educational material
• 提供营养评估、营养管理、营养教育的研究和培训 providing nutrition assessments, nutrition management, and nutrition education, research and training
• 与其他健康专家和相关人员讨论病人的饮食和营养需求 consulting with other Health Professionals and related workers to manage the dietary and nutritional needs of patients
