• 组织室内、室外环境教学以促进学生的发展 planning and structuring learning in both indoor and outdoor environments using a variety of materials and equipment to facilitate students' development
• 提供各种体验活动，以开发学生的运动技巧、社会合作能力，提高学生的自信和理解能力 providing a variety of experiences and activities to develop motor skills, cooperative social skills, confidence and understanding
• 通过讲故事、角色扮演、唱歌以及个别或集体的非正式讨论发展学生的语言能力 promoting language development through story telling, role play, songs, rhymes and informal discussions held individually and within groups
• 观察、评估学生的进步，随时关注学生健康欠佳、情绪低落和其他不正常状况 observing students to evaluate progress and to detect signs of ill health, emotional disturbance and other disabilities
• 观察学生的营养健康、福利和安全需求并排除一切阻碍学生进步的因素 observing nutritional health, welfare and safety needs of students and identifying factors which may impede students' progress
• 与家长讨论学生的进步 discussing students' progress with parents
• 参加家长会、教师会议和监护人会议 attending parent interviews, and staff and committee meetings
• 参加社区和家庭支援计划 participating in community and family support programs as appropriate
• 管理实习老师 supervising student teachers on placement
