ANZSCO 2252 信息通讯技术销售职业人员职责概述
• 信息通讯技术销售职业人员负责管理客户账户,并代表公司向有关企业以及其他方面的组织机构销售一系列计算机硬件,软件和其他信息通讯商品和服务 ICT SALES PROFESSIONALS manage client accounts and represent companies in selling a range of computer hardware, software and other ICT goods and services to industrial, business, professional and other organisations.
ANZSCO 2252 信息通讯技术销售职业人员技能要求 Indicative Skill Level

At least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

• 通过商务目录和其他来源编辑潜在客户列表 compiling lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources
• 获取并更新雇主和竞争者的商品和服务以及市场情况方面的信息 acquiring and updating knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
• 拜访老客户和潜在客户以建立或开拓市场营销机会 visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities

• 引用和协商定价和信用条款并完成合同和记录订单 quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording orders
• 安排商品交付,设备安装和提供服务 arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services
• 向销售管理部门就销售活动和信息通讯技术商品和服务的市场开拓做报告 reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services
