• 人力资源专员策划,实施员工招聘,评估员工表现,协助解决工作纠纷,代表工业,商业,工会和雇主或其他各方参加协商如企业议价,雇佣条件(ANZSCO 技能一级) HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONALS plan, develop, implement and evaluate staff recruitment, assist in resolving disputes by advising on workplace matters, and represent industrial, commercial, union, employer and other parties in negotiations on issues such as enterprise bargaining, rates of pay and conditions of employment.
ANZSCO 2231 人力资源专员技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 此类别职业需要本科或更高学位。至少5年的相关工作经验可以取代正式的学历要求;在一些情况下,除了正式的学历,还要求相关的工作经验和在职培训经历。Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

• 研究,解释法规,集体协议,聘约,工资支付系统,冲突解决程序 studying and interpreting legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures
• 规划企业协议,集体合同如工资调整程序,车间关系政策,政策执行过程 developing, planning and formulating enterprise agreements or collective contracts such as productivity-based wage adjustment procedures, workplace relations policies and programs, and procedures for their implementation
